I have been using this technique for years to overcome my lack of self-awareness of resource conflicts. It’s a bit different than “resolve” because it isn’t actually resolving the resource conflict, it’s simply delaying the resolution. As the result of my self-awareness of resource conflicts I’ve been able to get more things done and am able to put things off for a bit longer.

I think its also important to note that most people don’t have the power of mind control over their own behavior. Instead most people who have this skill use it to get themselves to do things as quickly as possible and then use the next time to delay the process and get themselves to do things for a bit longer.
This is a technique most people use to resolve resource conflicts. It basically comes down to you not wanting to waste any of the time you spent on that. You just want to get it done. That is why I think we can all learn from this technique. We must also be aware that if you put too much time into something, then you will inevitably end up losing it.
To use this technique we must first decide on what we are going to do. Then we must decide how much we are going to take off. Then we must decide on what to do next. I am not sure how else to explain this process. I know this sounds like an abstract concept, but this is actually a technique most people use to resolve resource conflicts.
