If every one of the people involved in a project were to think carefully about how they communicate with each other, how they share information amongst themselves, and how they handle conflict and disagreements, they would have a system for dealing with conflict and disagreements.
In complex projects, this system can be like a group of robots that work together to solve a problem. But when the complexity gets too far out of control, the system breaks down. People in a project can’t collaborate as well as they would like because they would all have different goals. In a project where everyone has a goal, there may be a way to find consensus, but there’s no guarantee that this will happen.
So, what happens when communication breaks down? The best thing to do is to try to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If you have a problem with someone, go get them together and talk it out. If you cant work out a solution, start working on the problem. If you are the person who is responsible for a project, try to do it asap. It will make it much easier to work on it if you start trying to work out the problem asap.

I’m sure you all agree. So how do we find the right solution to the problem? It is important to think about the problem before you create a solution. This is another area that I have been very vocal about at Arkane. We have a very clear goal with our communication efforts, which is to find the right solution to the problem. This means talking about it as much as possible and having a clear goal for how we are going to accomplish the goal.

As we have already mentioned, you’ll need to decide how important the solution is to you and your team. Most of the time, people will want to do it alone. At the end of the day, youll need to decide how complicated the problem is.
