This is where the customer becomes the most important part. The more you know your customer, the more engaged you are with that person. This is the key to building a strong customer base. Once it is engaged, how you engage your customers will determine what’s going to happen to your business. There will be new customers, returning customers, and the customers already in your customer base. It is critical that you listen to your customers’ desires and needs.
The biggest reason, of course, that people don’t buy from you is that they don’t know you. This is why people are so resistant to adopting your product or service. It takes a lot of self awareness to be able to truly understand your customer and their needs. It is imperative that you understand your customers wants and needs because this is your opportunity to build a strong customer base.
For the sake of argument, I’ll just say that you want to build a strong customer base. If you don’t, then you don’t want to build a strong customer base. If your customer base is strong enough, then you can do anything to build that customer base.
The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

Not that we’re all that aware of ours. We may have been for a while, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t on autopilot. The problem is when we forget we are on autopilot. Because when we are not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we don’t have the ability to control them. We don’t know how, but the autopilot is in full effect.
We need to be able to control ourselves! When we are in autopilot, we don’t have to know how to control us. The ability to control ourselves is the most important part of the autopilot.
