For the most part if you start looking at your current life, you can see how many self-worth’s you’ve accumulated.
Self-worth is a complex thing. It could be a matter of how much money you make, the size of your house, the size of your family, or the number of cars you own. But how you define your self-worth is also important.

The problem with looking at your current life is that there is a lot of noise in the world and not much of a focus on it. We all have opinions about what we think our lives should be, and how we want to think about them. If we look at a lot of the things that we are doing, we can see how we are not doing them. We want to be the person that we think we should be.
That applies to a lot of things in life, but especially to our self-worth. If we are having a lot of success and we are earning a lot of money, we want to think that we are doing things right.
The problem with being too focused on what you should be, and not living in the moment, is that it can be limiting. It’s much easier to say that you should just be a certain way, and then do it. But that’s not living in the moment. Being too focused on what you should be is a form of self-deception. It’s self-doubt. It’s not living in the moment.
So how do we get out of that? How can we stop focusing on what we should be? How do we focus on how we can be? These are hard questions, but we need to start with the truth. The truth is that we all have a part of ourselves we should be, but we aren’t, and that’s okay. The truth is that we can choose to look at the world and be more like our heart.
For instance, let’s say you’re a self-aware person who can do what you want and you only have a few seconds to kill. You should focus on the things you want to do, the things you really want to do, and the things you really don’t want to do. If you really want to do some things, you should focus on what you want to do. If you really don’t want to do anything, you should focus on what you really want to do.
The same applies on an unconscious level, focusing on the things you want to do and what things you really want to do, and then letting go of other things you dont want to do, is the way to be more self-aware.
