The malka Restaurant is an offshoot of the popular malka chain. We started in New Jersey and have now established ourselves in New York. The malka Restaurant is a concept that we have created to be the best of both worlds, with casual and sophisticated dining. We strive to make the experience as pleasant as possible and offer a very high level of service and attention to every detail.
In our case, we have set our sights on the world of Chinese cuisine, and we are quite pleased with how it’s turned out so far. When we started, we never dreamed that we would become the first malka restaurant in the world. We started with a simple concept and our first goal was to make it as popular as possible. We are now the second malka restaurant in the world.
As with any restaurant, malka restaurants are expensive endeavors. Like many other things, this is because Chinese food is quite labor intensive. This means that we need to pay to have someone help us to do the cooking, and then pay to have our staff of two work out the hours so that we can afford to stay open 24 hours a day. When we first started we hired a chef, but that was a mistake.
The chef in our restaurant is a very busy man, and he is very good at his job. He was able to hire a part-time staff of two. The problem was that they were not great cooks. We did a lot of research on why Chinese restaurants don’t use good cooks. It turns out that cooks who don’t have any formal training are usually paid a much lower wage than they should be if they are good at their jobs.
malka’s chef has some serious training, though. He was one of the best chefs in the country for years. And he has the kind of expertise that should keep him employed in any restaurant. But our staff members are simply not that good. They are not as knowledgeable about the food that diners are looking for when they are buying a meal. They are also not as willing to cook meals that are not going to sell out.
malka is a restaurant we always look forward to. We love our food, malka has excellent customer service and we are always proud to serve our customers. But the pay is just so low that we just can’t afford to keep our best people employed.

The name of the restaurant is a reference to an old NYC restaurant where the owner used to work. The name itself is a reference to the fact that malka is one of the few restaurants in NYC where the chefs take the time to learn the skills of the kitchen. They are very much like their former employer in the sense that they will hire the very best chefs to help bring the best food to the table.
