The distinction between ‘retention’ and ‘retention’ is that the former deals with the idea of holding on to what you have, while the latter deals with the idea of ‘retaining’ what you have. The former is an intellectual act, which is how we do most of our thinking. The latter is a process that involves our brain as it actually moves to make a decision.
The difference between retention and retention is that it’s a very real and important distinction. It’s where we spend over 30% of our time on most of our waking hours. I think it’s a mistake to just think we can just stop thinking. Our thoughts are a habit, and unless we think about them often, they’ll become habits. So even though it’s easy to think, it’s not easy to change habits.
Retention is a process you can easily start and stop. Its where we do most of our thinking. You can start with a simple question like “what is it?” or “how do we know?” and see what happens. Or you can start with the most important question in the world—“what is the most important thing we can do?” That question will make you start thinking about the things on earth that are important.
Retention is a lot like the old saying “if you dont think about it enough, youll start thinking about it all the time.” The most important thing you can do is make a habit of thinking about what you can do, and what you can’t do. To do that, you need to figure out what the things on earth are that you can’t do.
You’ve probably heard of the acronym HMMM and you probably know the answer already, but if you’re like me, you’re curious about what you can’t do (or what you can do, but you really shouldn’t). I’m going to share with you three ways you can fail to achieve retention.
This means youre not taking action. This means youre not doing something. This means youre not trying.
If your goal is to not fall apart, you cant fail to be functional. If your goal is to fall apart, you cant fail to be functional. If your goal is to fall apart, you cant fail to be functional. This isn’t to say that we should all just sit around and just let ourselves fail, but if you have any doubts, try to put those doubts aside. You have to realize you dont know what youre doing.
I am not saying that you should just let yourself fail in all areas of your life, but you should at least try to take the biggest steps you can. There are many people out there who feel it is their duty to sit around and let their life go down the drain, but we can all learn to do better, and it will be easier to not make the same mistakes and be more efficient. There are two reasons why this is a bad idea.
First, you don’t want to risk being a victim of what you call the “self-doubt bubble.” You’re not trying to become some sort of superman that can run from anything and anyone. You’re trying to figure it out for yourself. Second, you’re making the mistakes before you’re really ready, so it’s going to take longer.
The self-doubt bubble is a myth that stems from the idea that we think we are the only ones who are self-doubting. But we are not. In fact, the majority of us don’t even know who we are, where we came from, or what we believe in.
