data-driven document. Data-driven means storing the data for the projects in time for the next level of debiting. For example, you can download data-driven data from a third party or even someone else.
The most data-driven document I know about is one I pulled from a web site called “Data-Driven Business.” That site is loaded with useful data on business modeling, accounting, and other techniques for building a solid business. The most important takeaway is that a data-driven document is a document where the data is “the source.
That means in order to get data from a third party or someone else (like me) to store in a document, it’s a document that can be easily downloaded and opened by anyone. It’s not like I’m going to try and keep all the data I need for my business in my head. I can always download and open the data I need, and when I do, the data will be ready to be used in my business.
This is exactly right. The source document for how the money is debited from production to be used in the process is the direct material. Its a document that you can download and open for anyone to use. But its not a document that you can just pull out of your pocket and go “Oh, here’s the source”. This document contains all the source information needed to build and run your business.
It’s always a good idea to check with your accountant before digging into the source code of your business’ finances. But if you find a problem, this really does make it easier to fix it.
As someone who has been working in the direct materials department for over a decade, I have to say that it is one of the most complicated (and frustrating) jobs in our business. And it is not exactly easy to find a reliable source of raw materials that can be used to build. Especially since the raw materials for our products are all sourced from different companies that also want to profit from them.
