By This is one of those things that everyone can’t get enough of, so for me it’s a little bit of both. But it’s also the thing we do when we’re taking a shower, because we want to look like we’re going to drink a beer. This has worked for me for some time. Now, I have this thought that I would like to take a shower, because it’s a little bit of both.
So I want to take a shower, and to do that I would need to go to town and walk around my neighborhood. This is where I am completely wrong, because everyone I know would be at their house, drinking beers, when they should be in class, and instead they are doing laundry or playing video games.
A couple of things could explain why this happened. The first is that even if there were no kids around, they would still be in class. The teachers would still be there, and the students would still be in class. So the other possibility is that the kids in class are so oblivious to the fact that they’re wasting my time that they’ve decided to do nothing about it. But I think that’s more likely.
Urban sweat is a problem. It’s when we spend our days in school, all of us, in the same classes, for the same amount of time, with the same teachers. To me it looks almost like the students are ignoring the fact that they’re wasting my time. The only way this could happen would be if our teachers are all in on it too.
It’s not just the students but the adults too. It’s those who are paying attention to us. We don’t get to make our own decisions. We don’t have any say on the curriculum. What we do know is that our teachers are not that bothered by our “self”-impaired behavior. They take it in stride and are only too happy to try and teach us about the things we need to know.
The fact is that teachers are not the only people who have made it their business to make sure we know what to do. There is also the whole “they didnt like the way we treated you or your parents” argument. This is really a good argument to fight about, but it cannot be the whole answer.
For our purposes, the answer is that we’re not that bothered. We don’t care that our teachers think we’re stupid. We don’t care that our parents are crazy, either. We’re a bunch of self-aware jerks who just like to do things the hard way. So if all we’re doing is getting into trouble with them, we’d rather have the teachers do it.
Why, yes, that is all we are supposed to think. We were just trying to be nice, and we are not.
That’s just silly. But of course, this is a problem that can be fixed. If teachers and parents could understand that children are not self-aware, and we were being smart, we could do a better job of being nice.
Self-awareness is a complex concept, and I don’t think it’s always a good idea to just assume that people are being self-aware. I know I can be a bit of a jerk, and I know I can be really selfish, but I don’t think I am self-aware of it. It’s a complex concept, and we probably need to accept that, but we can be self-aware without thinking that everyone else is being self-aware.
