We live in an age where technology has become a very real tool in our lives. This makes it important to choose wisely. I’m not talking about the new shiny, but rather the old stuff that you’ve become comfortable with.
I have a rule that I try to live by. I’m not worried about the future. I’m even more worried about the past, because the future is so far away. But it’s actually important to remember that the future is always here.
I know I’m not the only one who thinks this. I’ve been thinking about it for a while. I think we’re in the age of the “one-time-use” smartphone, and I’m not even sure it’s a good idea to have one in our life. I really don’t like the idea that I might be tethered to my phone for years to come.
Smartphones, like all devices, are becoming more and more ubiquitous, and in this case, one single phone (a dumbphone) with many different applications is becoming far easier to use. We might all agree that the future of mobile phones is the future of the internet. But that doesn’t mean we should be using them for everything. What I mean is that I don’t want to be tethered to my phone until I’m ready to use it.
I think this concept of tethered phones might have a lot to do with a lot of things. The first one is the reason we have apps on phones. If you’re an iPhone user, you’ll know that apps exist on your phone, even when you’re not using them on your phone. It’s part of the reason you can use apps like Snapchat on your phone, even if you have no plans to.
Its like being tethered to a phone. You cant go anywhere, your phone is your main link to the internet. We all know how much time we put into our phones, and I think the trend is to just throw away our phones and put a new one in there and use it until its broken or until we get bored, whichever comes first.
I’m thinking of using some of the latest apps you see on the market today to make things easier for me.
Apps are great if you want to use them when you get a new one, but they can also be a distraction. There’s no doubt that Snapchat is one of the most popular apps for sending and receiving photos, but it can also be a major annoyance when you’re looking for something to do.
I have a few of these apps, but I use them mostly for fun. I don’t need them to do anything, but I don’t mind using them if I’m bored or need some light entertainment for awhile. I’m not exactly sure what makes these apps so addictive, but I’ve come to expect them from apps that were designed for fun.
