We never know what’s going to happen next and when it may happen. We only know what we can do today to make it through the day, and that’s not enough.
To put it simply, the only thing you can control it’s what you can do today. If you can’t do so today, your results will be disappointing.
I mean, let’s say you have a good amount of force in your arms, but you don’t have anything to hold onto while you pull them to you. What happens then? Does your shoulder give you a pop, or does it just fall off? If your arm is heavy, like if you are trying to lift something really heavy, will your arm just fall off, or will it stay attached? To answer this, we need to go to the physics.
As we’ve stated, the platform is falling to the ground. If the platform is attached to a very heavy arm, you could break your arm. However, if you have a good arm, you would be able to hold on. If you have a less than good arm, you would have to be more careful.
