For this reason, many of those technology departments do not have a computer lab. This is because they don’t want to be the ones having to answer tech support questions from the customers while they are off doing something else, but at the same time, they don’t want to get caught out by the customer not having a terminal at all.
The same principle applies to customer service departments. In the tech department, if they dont have a terminal, then they are the ones that are out of touch with the customers. If the customer cant pay on time, then they are the ones that are out of touch with the customer.
So for instance, if you are a customer service rep, then the first thing you have to do is make sure you know the date on your account, and the last thing you have to do is make sure that you are on top of all the customers issues that are going on with your account. If you dont have a terminal, its the same thing.
