I find that people are often reluctant to tell you why labor is so expensive. They may have heard of a cheaper labor or a more efficient labor. What they don’t know is that they may be paying more for that labor in the future.
If you choose to work on your own, you are less likely to need to take on more of an entire week to do a job. If you are going to go on your own, you are going to be more likely to be doing a lot of boring tasks when you have a decent week.
A lot of people don’t realize the difference between the hours they actually work and the hours they think they are working. If you think you are doing enough hours that you are working your way to a full-time job, then you are going to be working on a lot of hours (or hours of the day) that were not actually your own. In other words, you are probably either not working at all or you are working too many hours to be working at all.
It is all too easy to be tempted into being lazy by the idea that you are working too many hours to make enough money to live on. This is not the case. To work at a job that is not your own means that you are at least putting in some money to support your family. And I believe that there are many people who are not doing enough hours for their family.
Unfortunately, this is often true. I know that I put in a fair amount of hours to support my family, but only because I am paying for my own medical insurance. The rest of my work is done in the evenings or on weekends. If I had to pay cash for my insurance, I would be very likely to put in less hours. This makes me not believe that it is possible to live off of our own labor.
I know this is not to criticize anyone else, but I can’t help but feel that a lot of people could use a little bit of a ‘gimme’ in their life. Everyone has different reasons for their life, and I think it is important for those reasons to be discussed.
It is true that there are lots of people who live off of their labor. I was one of those people. I had a career in the IT industry, and I worked as a contractor for a large IT company.
Now, that was very good work and I was able to pay my bills, but in a time where many are having trouble paying for rent due to the recession. I believe that it is important for people to understand that this is a choice that they can make. If you are going to live off of labor, and are thinking about it, you should be willing to make a little bit of an effort.
