What I mean to say is that when zoom low is deployed, we are giving ourselves very little time to even think about it. We are given a small window of time to decide if we want to make the change, and that is the time where we can make the change.

I personally think this has been a pretty strong trend lately. It started with the Netflix series The Haters and continues to this day with the recent movie and TV show, Sleepy Hollow. It’s a trend that has seen Netflix and other content makers release content around the world to try and make the change in my own state of mind.
There is definitely a trend for this, but I think that it’s more about the change of behavior that’s happening. The last few years, I had a lot of trouble getting myself to sleep at night. I didn’t want to try new things, I wanted to sleep in. Now that I can’t sleep, I’m just tired of it. I have been on this sleep path for over a year now, and I’m not going back.
